KRISTINA CHATOW

Partner Engagement Chair

Kristina Chatow is a long-term supporter of non-profit organizations both professionally and personally. Kristina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and worked at a Santa Ana-based nonprofit for youth and families for over seven years as a counselor, program manager and clinical supervisor. Kristina believes deeply in the value of collaborations between educational institutions and nonprofits to maximize the change and impact they have on our communities. She produced a documentary, Achieving Greatness, which tells the story of three families whose lives were changed forever by AISS Foundation, a non-profit that gives economically disadvantaged high school students the skills and mindset they need to attend college and succeed in life. Kristina was the owner of a health and wellness business in Los Angeles for over 12 years, which she sold in 2019. She oversaw all business operations for over 40 health and wellness staff and professionals seeing more than 10,000 clients annually. Kristina enjoyed bringing happiness and joy to clients and staff in a health-centered environment. She is a graduate of USC’s Rossier School of Education with a Bachelor’s degree in Education, and earned her Master’s degree in Social Work at the USC Dworak-Peck School of Social Work. Kristina remains actively involved at USC and currently serves on the USC Board of Governors as the representative of the Dworak-Peck School of Social Work. She remains committed to giving back to her alma mater by mentoring current undergrad and graduate students. In her free time, Kristina loves spending time with her husband and young son. They stay busy with attending USC games, taking ski trips, and going to the beach.
